The magnesium has been enhanced with relaxing lavender oil to help calm and soothe for a restful night. Product Benefits Ingredients Ingredients: Magnesium Oil, Arnica Montana (Arnica) Extract, Glycerin, Polysorbate 20, Lavandula Officinalis (Lavender) Oil.
