How AdvantageLife handles your data

Last updated: 22 July 2026
We collect the minimum needed to run the platform, pay people correctly and keep accounts secure. We do not sell your data. Leads you capture through your own forms belong to you, not us. This page sets out what we hold, why, how long, and what you can ask us to do about it.

1. Who controls your data

AdvantageLife is operated from the United Kingdom and is the data controller for personal data processed on this platform.

For anything in this policy, contact support@advantagelife.club.

2. What we collect and why

DataWhy we hold itLawful basis
Email, username, first name, password hash To create and secure your account and contact you about it Contract
Sponsor and pass-up relationships, sale counts, pack ownership To work out who is due to be paid on a sale, which is the core of the service Contract
Daily watch activity To determine earning qualification and to prove views were delivered to advertisers Contract
Receiving details you enter (crypto addresses, payment handles) To show a buyer who and where to pay. We never take custody of these funds Contract
Payment records for the $100 join To confirm access, handle refunds and disputes, and meet accounting duties Contract / legal obligation
IP address, device and usage logs Security, fraud and multi-account detection, debugging Legitimate interests
Support correspondence To answer you and keep a record of the issue Legitimate interests

We do not collect special category data, and we do not ask for identity documents unless a payment provider requires it directly from you.

3. Card and crypto payments

We never see or store your card details. Card payments for the $100 join are handled by Stripe, who process them as their own controller under their privacy policy. We receive only a payment reference and status.

Campaign pack payments happen directly between members and never pass through us. We store the receiving detail the seller chose to publish and the proof of payment submitted, so a disputed sale can be resolved. We hold no pack funds.

4. Who your data is shared with

We use a small number of processors to run the service:

Some of these operate outside the UK. Where data is transferred internationally we rely on the providers' standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising. We will disclose data where we are legally required to, or to investigate fraud or a breach of our terms.

5. What other members can see

Some information is visible to other members by design, because the platform is a network: your username, your sponsor relationship, and — when you are the payee on a sale — the receiving detail the buyer needs in order to pay you. Leaderboards show usernames and activity, not personal contact details or earnings figures tied to real names.

Your email address is never shown to other members.

6. Leads you capture

If you use the platform's lead capture, page builder or autoresponder, the contacts you collect are yours. We host them so the tools work. We do not market to them, sell them, or use them for our own purposes. You are the controller of that data and responsible for having a lawful basis to contact those people and for honouring their unsubscribe requests.

7. Email you receive from us

Account and transaction emails — sale notifications, payment confirmations, security alerts — are part of the service and are not marketing. Any promotional email carries an unsubscribe link and you can opt out at any time without losing platform access.

8. Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in and, where enabled, a preference cookie for language and display settings. These are necessary for the platform to function. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

9. How long we keep things

Deleting your account does not erase records we are legally required to keep, but they are retained only for that purpose and are not used to contact you.

10. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:

Email support@advantagelife.club and we will respond within one month. There is no charge unless a request is manifestly excessive.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

11. Security

Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text. Access to the production database is restricted to the operator. Traffic is encrypted in transit. Two-factor authentication is available on your account and we recommend enabling it.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach occurs that is likely to put your rights at risk, we will tell you and report it to the ICO within 72 hours of becoming aware of it.

12. Children

The platform is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.

13. Changes to this policy

If we change how we use your data in a material way we will tell you by email or in-app notification before the change takes effect.
