Little Foot - Low Shank - ¼" Presser FootLF101The Little Foot was designed by a quilter for quilters as an aid to obtain consistent ¼" seam allowance.The right edge is ¼" from the center needle position, which gives you an exact ¼" seam allowance. The left edge is a scant " from the center needle position. This gives a better tension control, as it will cover more feed dogs on most machines. Little Foot is notched ¼" in front of and behind needle center as a reference for starting, stopping and pivoting.The Little Foot fits most standard low shank machines that are straight stitch, center needle position. As with any straight stitch foot, the needle may break if left in the zigzag position.
