Equipment Description The pipe locator uses the theory of electromagnetic signals to locate the repaired location of underground pipes or air-conditioning pipes. The main purpose is to provide protection for safe excavation, and use the instrument to identify the repair location of underground facilities, and accurately complete the repair of underground facilities. The locator offers two detection modes: Far Mode: Maximum detection distance approx. 6 m (19.7 ft) Near Mode: Maximum detection distance approx. 3 m (9.8 ft) Press the sensitivity button, the screen signal shows a full grid (7 grids) as the maximum value, or the screen signal shows 1 grid as the minimum value to locate the position of the transmitter.
